5. Using Japanese spray pump imported, its accuracy increased by 0.01 ml/time. You can choose to add one liquid to each bag, or all liquids in the same bag.
6. Tear Notch: There are two types '-' and 'V' for your choose.
7. Free switching for single and double packages of the products.
8. It is no need changing the mold if you wanna make different size of package.

Product Application

VPD250 works stably and continuously, and is suitable for all kinds of four side sealing products such as wet wipes, alcohol pad/cosmetic cotton.

Our new VPD250 Wet Wipes Packing Machine updates new machine program and configuration. It adopts Japanese Yaskawa servo motor, the speed can reach 110-140 bags/min, which is more productive and stable. The machine has two speeds, the new one is 110-140 bags/min, the normal one is 80-110 bags/min.

Q5:How about after sales service?
A5:During the special period of epidemic, we will offer all support online via video 24h per day. Before shipment, we will test machine from A to Z, and then send all videos from installation to production for customers. Full set of manual and instruction in English will be sent with machine together. And if customers need the engineer to offer support in their factory, the cost and visa should be paid and prepared by customers.
